Website delivery and hosting
When you access this website, technical data such as your IP address, the requested URL, access time and browser information are processed to deliver the page and protect the service. This preview is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. The basis is our legitimate interest in secure, reliable website operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical records are retained only as needed for operation, security and applicable legal obligations.
Local content and browser storage
The website does not automatically load advertising pixels, analytics services, external fonts, maps or review widgets. Fonts and media are hosted locally. Booking and request planners prepare your selection in the current page. If you change the animation setting, the alb-motion session storage entry remembers your requested display preference for the browser tab. It is not used for tracking and ends with the session (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG).
Contact and applications
Telephone and email links open your chosen application. This website does not submit a contact or job application form. If you send a message, we process the contact details and contents you provide to respond to your inquiry or application. Contract-related inquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, other inquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and applications under Section 26 BDSG. Data are kept only for the relevant purpose, applicable retention requirements and, where necessary, the establishment or defence of legal claims.
Optional Google Maps
The map is loaded only after you select its load button. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Loading transmits your IP address and browser information to Google; cookies or similar technologies may be used, and processing outside the EU, including in the USA, may occur. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can remove the map using its withdrawal button. This prevents further loading but cannot recall data already transmitted. Consent is not stored and applies only to this page view. The hotel address remains available without the map. Details, including international transfers and storage, are in the Google privacy policy (new tab).
External booking and other links
Booking, voucher and route-planning links lead to separate services. They are not embedded automatically. Opening a booking link can pass the travel dates and guest count you selected. The destination service processes the data you provide there under its own privacy information.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability under Articles 15–20 GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future; processing before withdrawal remains lawful. You may object under Article 21 GDPR to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the Baden-Württemberg authority. Data are deleted when no longer needed for their purpose unless a legal retention requirement or another lawful basis applies.
TrustYou guest reviews
Our guest reviews page offers optional content from TrustYou GmbH, Schmellerstraße 9, 80337 Munich, Germany. It is used to display the rating overview and individual guest reviews. A connection to TrustYou and its delivery services is established only after you select “Load reviews”. Your IP address, browser information and the requested resource are then transmitted; cookies or similar technologies may be used by the provider.
We load this content on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; Section 25(1) TDDDG where applicable). You can withdraw consent for future loading using “Withdraw consent & unload reviews”. This removes the embedded content; data already transmitted cannot be recalled. We do not save your choice in a cookie or browser storage: consent applies only to the current page view. You can use the rest of the website without loading TrustYou.
