The Vier Jahreszeiten is a family-run hotel right in the heart of Bad Urach. The historic half-timbered house is located on the German Timber-Frame Road. Tanja and Thomas Frank and their team stand for a personal welcome, regional cuisine and a stay tailored to your wishes.

Our rooms are located in the main building and the opposite conference centre. In addition, there are various accommodation categories for couples, families, solo travellers and business guests. Our room overview helps with your selection.
Sophie’s Living Room
A quiet meeting place for our hotel guests: Lounge, hanging chairs, and inner courtyard invite you to linger. At the Maxibar, you help yourself on the honor system. This way, even a late excursion day ends in a relaxed manner.
Arrival at Your Rhythm
For arrival, the hotel offers a digital check-in and a digital room key on your smartphone. As an alternative, the house provides a prepared welcome envelope with room information and key card. If you wish to arrive outside of reception hours, please coordinate your access in advance with the hotel.
In case of an urgent question about digital door opening, you can reach the emergency phone service. The binding arrival time is stated in your booking confirmation.
Breakfast with local flavours
At the breakfast buffet, you can expect eggs from Rudis Chicken Farm, and cheese from Altschulzenhof in Münzdorf. In addition, there are baked goods, hearty toppings, fruits, muesli, coffee, and beverages.
This way, the day starts with many products from the region – before heading into the old town, onto the Alb, or to work.
Group Travel in Bad Urach
Group travel is also welcome at the Vier Jahreszeiten. The hotel is a starting point for Bad Urach and the Biosphere Reserve Schwäbische Alb or for a culinary stopover.
A bus parking lot is located at the bus station, about 400 meters away. For groups of 25 or more paying persons, our free place regulation provides for a free place. Group conditions and the appropriate catering are confirmed by the hotel upon your inquiry.
